Description

Scraper Self-cleaning Filter is a high-efficiency self-cleaning filter, which automatically removes the particle impurities on the outer surface of the filter element through mechanical scraping, and can be continuously filtered online. It is mainly designed for high-precision filtration, with an accuracy range of 50-500 microns, which can avoid crushing impurities to the greatest extent, so as to efficiently remove more impurities, suitable for water and various viscous liquid filtration, suitable for viscosity up to 800,000 centipoise. It is advantageous and more efficient when filtering water and adhesives, resins, polymers, greases and other viscous materials with poor water quality.

Working Principle

Liquid inflow from the filter inlet, flowing inward from the outside of the filter element, the lower end of the filter element is connected to the outlet, the liquid flows out from the outlet. When the filter surface intercepts a certain amount of impurities, the cleaning procedure is carried out at regular intervals or according to the set pressure difference, the geared motor drives the scraper rotating obliquely attached to the outer surface of the filter element, scraping the impurities on the outer surface of the filter element, the impurities leave the filter element surface along the scraper.

And the liquid falls into the bottom of the filter, the rotating sweeping plate sweeps the bottom of the heavy impurities into the dirt collection cavity, and the impurities accumulate in the dirt collection chamber and the bottom of the filter. The sewage valve opens automatically at regular intervals to discharge the liquid containing high concentration of impurities from the sewage outlet, and if necessary, the residual liquid can be recovered.
