Duplex Bag Filter Housing

Description

Duplex Bag Filter Housing is also known as a duplex switching filter. It is made of two stainless steel filters in parallel. Using two three-way ball valve connected the two single simple filter assembled on a machine base. Cleaning process does not have to stop the equipment to ensure the continuous work. The filter element can be used bag filter, stainless steel filter element, carbon rod filter.

It is suitable for removing all kinds of invisible solid impurities in liquid such as fresh milk, sugar liquid, drink and oral liquid.

Working Principle

The larger solid particles or impurities will be remaining in the filter bag. Filtered materials will flow out through the outlet. When the filter bag's surrounding pressure exceeds demand, or when the filter bag is damaged, remove the filter bag, clean or change a new one, and reinstall it.
