Single Bag Filter Housing

Description

Single bag filter housing with one filter bag has the simplest structure and easy to operate. Widely applied in high precision filtration with small treatment capacity requirement. It is suitable for pre-filtration, end-filtration, or a polishing filter for liquids with low solids concentration.

Our company single bag filter housing has a unique design that can effectively prevent the filter bag from falling into the filter basket under working pressure to ensure 100% no leakage. A magnetic rod can be installed in the equipment for Iron material filtration.

Working Principle

The pressure in the single-bag filter channel presses or draws the liquid into the filter cylinder. The liquid is filtered by the filter bag supported by the filter basket, resulting in solid-liquid separation. The filter bag can be reused or replaced.
