Description
Horizontal Decanter Centrifuge is a device that uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to separate the suspension. For various suspensions with solid particle equivalent diameter=3um, weight concentration ratio: 10% or volume concentration ratio=70%, liquid-solid specific gravity difference: 0.05g/cm3. It is suitable for liquid-solid separation or particle separation and grading.
Working principle
Horizontal decanter centrifuge is mainly composed of a conical drum, screw pusher, differential system, bearing base, frame, housing, main and auxiliary motor and electrical system. The main motor drive the drum and the second motor drives the planetary gear differential, which generates the drum and spiral differential. Under the strong centrifugal force produced by the high-speed rotation, the centrifuge can be separated continuously. The drum and the screw pusher rotate at a certain differential speed and high speed. The material continuously enters the feeding tube's spiral feeding chamber and then accelerates and enters the drum. Under the centrifugal force field, the heavier solid phase deposits on the drum wall to form the sediment layer.
The solid deposits are continuously pushed to the drum's cone end by the screw pusher and discharged from the slag discharge outlet after drying in the drying zone. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which continuously overflows the drum from the overflow outlet at the drum's large end and discharges out of the machine through the outlet.
Features

- The feeding screw adopts special anti-wear measures, which can be spray-welded with cemented carbide protective layer or inlaid with cemented carbide wear-resistant sheet.
- Effectively avoid the phenomenon of double-rotor high-speed rotation resonance zone. Within the design speed range, there is no obvious first-order and second-order resonance zone phenomenon during operation of the whole machine. The full vibration intensity of the bearing seat is controlled within 2mm/s ~ 4 mm/s between. It avoids the additional fatigue damage of various parts of the equipment caused by high-frequency vibration.
- Differential selection, choose planetary gears or hydraulic differentials with heavy load and large transmission ratio.
- For the selection of main engine bearings, select products of origin from international first-line brands such as SKF in Sweden, NSK in Japan, TBI in Taiwan.

- Constant temperature inspection. The inspection of all finishing parts of the whole machine is carried out under constant temperature conditions to ensure that the actual processing quality meets the design accuracy requirements.
- The differential speed and torque can be automatically adjusted with the change of material concentration and flow rate by a microcomputer control system.
- The horizontal spiral decanter centrifuge with BD plate can concentrate, dewater and separate difficult-to-separate materials of various proportions of primary sedimentation and activated sludge.
