Multi Bag Filter Housing is one of the leading products of our company. It is the simplest and cost-effective filtration equipment. For convenient operation, our company designed the Quick Opening Cover and Hydraulic Opening Cover.

Multi-bag Filter Housing also called Bag Filter Vessel, is mainly composed of three parts: filter container, support basket and filter bag. According to treatment capacity requirements, multiple filter bags can be used in a single machine. 

Working Principle

The liquid enters from the side or the bottom of the filter container and flushed into the filter bag from the top of it. The filter bag is supported by the screen basket. The filter bag is impacted by the liquid and uniform pressure surface. The liquid is evenly distributed on the inner surface of the filter bag. Then liquid along the wall of the stainless steel supporting screen basket and penetrates the filter bag discharged from the liquid outlet at the bottom of the filter. The filtered particles and impurities are trapped in the filter bag. The filter bags could be reusable after washing and cleaning, and filtering different size particles by changing other slot size filter bags.

  • Rotating type cover: Balancing rotation at right and left to avoid the trouble of insufficient height space
