Description

The Filter Press is the most applied machinery applied to chemical dehydration. The plate frame filter has the advantages of high filtration, the filter cake is high, the filtrate is clear, the solid recovery is high, and the consumption of the drug consumption is small, etc., in some small sewage plants are still widely used.

Working Principle
The plate frame filter is extruded by the filter plate, so that the water in the sludge is discharged through the filter cloth, thereby achieving dehydration purposes. A certain number of filter plates are tightly arranged in a strong mechanical force, and the filter chamber is formed between the filter plate surface and the filter plate surface, and the filter material is filtered under powerful positive pressure. The filtration of the filter chamber, its solid portion is trapped by filter media (e.g., filter cloth), and the liquid portion is discharged through the filter medium, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation purposes.
