Description

Tubular Automatic Backwash Filter is based on the modular concept design, make a number of standard filtering units into a fully automatic filtration system. It is safe and could flexible increase or decrease the number of units according to the flow needs. Tubular Automatic Backwash Filter operate automatically, no manual cleaning with strong extensibility, can be connected with external high-pressure backwash fluid.

It operates by low pressure differential and adopts V-SLOT wedge filter elements. Backwashing consumption of liquid is less, no manual cleaning, easy to power on maintenance. Tubular Automatic Backwash Filter's main functions including purify fluids, protect critical equipment in the back channel, and recover expensive solid particles with their backwash discharge. It is suitable for low-viscous liquids such as raw water, sewage, low-viscosity slag oil, etc.

Working Principle

The tubular backwash filter is composed of tank body, filter element assembly, equipment connecting pipeline, automatic valve, control cabinet and etc.

  • A plurality of filter tubes are arranged inside the filter housing, and the dirty liquid flows from the outside of the filter tube to the inside of the filter tube, and finally flows out from the liquid collection cavity of the filter.
  • The control adopts pressure difference/time control (pressure difference priority). When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set pressure difference limit, the filter enters the reverse flushing process. The filter tube unit that needs cleaning stops filtering and performs backwashing.
