Water-cut Solid-liquid Separator

Description

The water-cutting solid-liquid separator is an advanced equipment for solid-liquid separation based on large-scale aquaculture water for flushing manure, blisters manure, and biogas slurry and residue. It integrates water cutting, high-frequency vibration and screw extrusion. The electrical control of the equipment is highly automated, and it has strong applicability to the concentration of the mixture and large processing capacity. The material is dehydrated twice, and the first-stage high-frequency vibration makes the solid material low in water content. Working Principle

The main body of the solids and liquid separator（spiral type） is the wedge wire stainless steel sieve bend or flat screen. When the wastewater is distributed evenly on the inclined screen, the solid will be intercepted and the filtered water will flow out through the slot of the screen. Simultaneously, the solid will be pushed to the bottom of the screen and discharged out by the hydraulic power. The solid will be intercepted because the screen's surface has a small and smooth slot and the back side has a large slot. After solid-liquid separation, the solid will be transferred to the spiral press, dehydrating the solid. After dehydration, the water content can be lowered to 40%.
