DSM Screen
Description
It is a simple, efficient and easy-to-maintain sewage stopper that uses eyelet material to trap suspended solids in liquids, suitable for removing solid suspended impurities from low concentration solutions.
DSM Screen are generally used to effectively reduce the concentration of suspended solids in water under conditions where the amount of water is not large and the concentration of suspension is low, reduce the treatment load of subsequent processes, and protect pumps, pipelines and instruments.
Working Principle
The wastewater to be treated is evenly distributed to the sieve bend screen through the overflow weir, because the surface gap of the screen is small and smooth, and the back gap is large. The clean water constantly washes the screen, which plays the role of cleaning the screen, not easy to block. The solid material is intercepted on the mesh surface, and the water through the screen flows out of the gap in the screen plate and enters the next treatment section; at the same time, under the action of gravity, the intercepted solid matter gathers and rolls along the surface of the screen to the spiral pressing system, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
