Horizontal Screw Press Separator
Description
Horizontal Screw Press Separator has a two-stage grading filter, automatic correction of concentricity, equipped with heavy-duty bevel hard gear reducer, customized fan-shaped nylon baffle plate. This kind of separator is widely used in the animal rasing industry with good discharge effect, stable performance, long service life, low failure rate, etc.
Working Principle
The Screw Press Separator consists of a feeding section provided with a compensator tank and overflow hopper. The stainless steel casing includes a screw conveyor and a cylindrical screen basket that conveys and separates the solids from the liquid phase flowing through the screen. In contrast, the solid fraction is pushed towards the counter-pressure diaphragm outlet, where a material plug forms. This enables the automatic operation of the separator preventing the liquid phase from flushing through. The drive unit consists of an electric motor and a gear reducer equipped with a splined output shaft directly coupled to the conveyor screw.
Features
- The slag liquid separation speed of this machine is fast, and the moisture content of the separated dregs is between 65-70%. The slag's water content can be adjusted, and it can be applied to feeds of different ingredients (such as grass and concentrated feed). It is easy to transport, and solids are suitable for fish feed and organic fertilizer.
- The machine has strong decontamination ability without clogging and easy to clean. The solid content, chemical oxygen consumption, total oxygen consumption, nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate of treated manure water can be between 70-95%.
- The screen of this machine is made of stainless steel with hard chromium plating or tungsten carbide with characteristic of corrosion resistant, high intesity and long service life.
- This machine can be operated automatically with low power consumption and cost.

- Pretreatment of animal and poultry manure, biogas residue and biogas slurry in farms such as pigs, cattle, chickens, horses, etc.
- High-concentration organic sewage in the industry: Distiller's grains, medicine residues, starch residues, sauce residues, slaughterhouses, kitchen waste, etc.
