PAM/PAC Automatic Dosing System

Description

In order to obtain a higher solid recovery rate and a lower water content of the sludge cake, the sludge from the sludge tank is often added with PAM (flocculant) solution before it is dewatered in the centrifuge or screw press. It is also considered to be added in some sewage PAC (coagulant aid) to improve the flocculation effect. The PAM/PAC automatic dosing device is suitable for dissolving PAM/PAC dry powder. It adopts the most advanced three-chamber structure and has a fully automatic operation process of continuous dosing, ripening and ready-to-use.

Working Principle

Equipped with an independent control cabinet, built-in small PLC control and powder supply inverter, using a color touch screen for operation. The flocculant preparation device system can automatically dosing according to the set arbitrary concentration (0.5~5%). When the liquid level is low, the medicament is dispensed according to the set concentration. When the liquid level is high, the medicament is automatically stopped. So as to ensure the continuous operation of the dosing system.

Note

  1. Cabinet material: pp board or stainless steel. In humid working sites, it is recommended to use PP board.
  2. Concentration ratio range: 0.5 ~ 5%.
